Hello, my Xiaolin Hustlers! I made this post to let all of you know that Xiaolin Hustle is going through some changes:
1 – I intend to transform Xiaolin Hustle into a business. This is nothing new to those actively keeping up within our Facebook Messenger chat group “XHChat” and our XH Discord server. XH Admins and those willing to contribute their talents and skills toward Xiaolin Hustle business will be receiving role assignments and responsibilities associated to their chosen role. This includes anyone who is currently a moderator for my Twitch channel. I understand that I currently do not have a pay roll to put XH Staff on. This matter is definitely a main milestone for XH Business Plans.
2 – All supporters/members of XH who DO NOT WISH TO PARTICIPATE AS XH STAFF while be recognized as a “XHFanEntity” (fan-boy, fan-girl, groupie, roadie, etc.)
2 – I want to make guidelines for us all here at Xiaolin Hustle. I wish to maintain a positive environment with a positive purpose. I want these guidelines simple and applicable to everyday living. I’m honestly still brainstorming this one in particular. My guidelines look like this at the moment:
“Each and every Xiaolin Hustle member will be treated with respect, dignity, and love for being themselves. Each and every Xiaolin Hustle member is expected to treat others in the same fashion.”

[These sound like rules, man! I don’t like rules!] You’re absolutely correct, concerned XH member! I dislike rules as well. However, I dislike unnecessary problems more than I dislike rules. I don’t intend to dictate my Xiaolin Hustle family, so I’m learning how to lead my people properly. I’m also working on the Twitch Creators Camp stuff. I need these guidelines to represent what is expected when XH members join me on my streams
3 – I’m about to be very busy either making content, streaming games, or making music like a 3-part career. I want to live off of this business venture. I know it’s nowhere near an overnight success, but I’m definitely going to give this my best effort. I’m going to start updating the website with my streaming schedule, “T.E.N.Y.O” content, and maybe a page dedicated to random drawings, photos, and art. My streaming schedule will be reduced to a minimum of 4 hours (midnight til 4am mountain time zone Mon – Thurs. 4hrs on Friday set to the best viewership time-frame for the chosen game), so that I can use the free time for more projects. I’m knee-deep into writing a new track – “A NAME FOR MYSELF”. I’m also working on a mash up project between 3 old tracks of mine that no longer fit my narrative. They all contain lyrics I still rock with so the other parts are getting omitted. I also have 2 fully written songs I’m yet to record or make a beat to. I’m learning the producer side of music so that I can monetize my original songs. I’m also giving myself more time to write/illustrate “T.E.N.Y.O.”
4 – All of this stuff I have set up are secondary to my everyday life situation. I’m an unpaid, unofficial caregiver to my wife and girlfriend, and I’m the only “able-bodied” parent of 3 parents to 3 children. I’m the breadwinner and head of my household, so things will be slowed down and moved around once I finally land a new job (IF NOT MAKE THIS MY BILL PAYING MAIN GIG)
5 – I’m super excited for the future of Xiaolin Hustle and I hope all of you remain a part of it as we continue to grow
